National Women’s Studies Association Journal (NWSA Journal)
Special issue on feminist activist art,
spring 2007

The goal of this special issue is to identify the directions a feminist activist art praxis has taken, the challenges it has faced and will face into the future. The intent is to encourage development of fruitful activist directions for feminist art projects, and assure that women’s studies more completely integrates this powerful cultural phenomenon into its pedagogical lexicon.

Send one print and one electronic (on CD please, and in MS Word) double-spaced copy of manuscript (5000-8000 words, 20-30 pages, font size no smaller than 12, margins at 1.5 in.), with parenthetical notes, a complete references page formatted according to the NWSA Journal Style Guide and the Chicago Manual of Style, 15th edition, to both special editors:
