5:30-7 pm: Caucus business meeting
Elections for co-chair will happen at the caucus business meeting. Jim Saslow has indicated that he is willing to continue as male co-chair, while Maura Reilly will step down as female co-chair. Those interested in running for co-chair should contact one of the officers, before the business meeting if possible.

12-1:30 pm: “Queer artists speak” - lunchtime session chaired by Sallie McCorkle - speakers include Carrie Moyer, Sallie McCorkle, Robert Repinski, and Harmony Hammond
8 pm-midnight: “neoqueer” opening at CoCA - The text on page one is the press release from CoCA. There will be two performances at this special opening for the caucus. The performers are:

Carrie Moyer is delivering a paper entitled “Dyke Action Machine’s instant messaging: ‘branding’ lesbian identity on the New York City street” in the “Temporary transformations: public art as social action” session (Thursday, 2:30-5:30 pm).
Jill Casid and Erica Rand are co-chairing the Visual Culture Caucus panel on “Teaching visual culture” (which may coincide with the QCA panel).
Books at CAA: Laurie Toby Edison will have copies of her book Familiar men for purchase/viewing.
